What is a Trumpet Software International Distributor ?

A distributor is an individual or organisation who wishes to distribute Trumpet Software International products to third party end users. All Distributors are required to enter into a Distribution Agreement with Trumpet Software International P/L. Standard Distributorship Agreements are available upon request . These agreements detail the license terms and conditions, payment arrangements, obligations, warranties and pricing schedules.

Once a Distribution Agreement has been agreed to by both parties, a Golden Master licensed version of the software will be provided to the Distributor upon request.

Distribution of unregistered copies of software is permitted provided the Distributor signs agreement to a letter setting out the terms to distribute the unregistered copies. A copy of the terms and conditions for the distribution of unregistered copies is also available upon request.

How do I become a Trumpet Software International Distributor?

You must enter into a Distributors Agreement if you desire to distribute any of the products Trumpet Software International currently has to offer.

The procedure to enter into such an agreement is as follows:

• Contact our Australian Office and request the Agreement that corresponds to your type of distributorship.
• Complete required information outlined on pages 13 and 15 of the Agreement.
• Initial every page of the Agreement and execute by signing page 15.
• Remit the executed Agreement to T.S.I. Upon Trumpet Software International choosing to accept your application you will be notified. A " Golden Master " may then be requested and be prepared for your use.
• A minimum of two working days are required to process a Golden Master.
